When a student enables the featured course option then the course considers as Featured course.

Admin can enabletheir course as Featured Course. Admin just click on the Add to Feature Button for making their course as Featured Course

For enabling the course as Featured Course, the admin set the permission and enable the options for students to mark their course as Featured course.
Feature FrontEnd
Students have the permission for enabling their course as Featured Course. Stduents just click on the star icon for making their course as Featured Course.
